The Penthouse is located privately on the 3rd floor with a spacious terrace that provides a unique panoramic view of both ocean and mountains. From the room decor, to its calming and tranquil garden, the Red Garden brings you all the delights of the tropics. The Red Garden offers you not only the finest rooms, with top rate facilities, but also a relaxing and tranquil environment. Take a stroll in the gardens and sit among the bougainvillea, jasmine and hibiscus as you watch the moon climb high in the sky and listen to the delightful water features as they sing with the cicadas. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the garden during your stay with us at Red Garden Resort. Though we ask you kindly to avoid the breakfast area expect for during breakfast hours(08:30-10:00) as it is our staffs' quarter and please do respect their space. Other things to note 1. check in time is 3 pm to 10 pm. Check out time is 11 am. 2. The hotel reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm only, if you intend to arrive after 10 pm please advice the reception ahead of time. 3. All registered guests receive a complimentary breakfast at breakfast area with beautiful seaview; this is served from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. 4. If you stay more than one day and intend to change rooms, please check out of old room at 11 am. New room will be ready to check in at 3 pm. We need this time to clean all rooms. Thank you for your understanding. 5. We do reserve the right to refuse your booking and ask you to leave if numbers exceed the maximum occupancy for all designated room 6. For all double rooms： Maximum occupancy is 2 adults only. No children under 12 accepted. For the family room：Maximum occupancy is 4 persons, Including adults and children. (One extra person is allowed at an extra charge of NT $ 500, which entitles extra guest to sheet, towels, toiletries and breakfast by using existing bed.) 7. Limited children under age of 6 are accepted free of charge but will not receive any complimentary services. 8. No pets of any type are permitted in the Red Garden. 9. If an extra blanket is required a charge of NT$50 will apply. 10. For the sake of environmental protection, personal toiletries are not provided, and we do hope our honorable guests can cherish and protect the earth with us. 11. For the pleasure of future guests, no smoking of any kind is allowed in rooms or enclosed areas within the Red Garden. Ash trays are made available on each rooms terrace, please smoke outside. 12. No cooking, barbecue, fireworks or hand held sparklers are allowed in the room, on terrace or in the grounds of the Red Garden. 13. Please do not hang out side your room as this is unsightly in particular when other guests want to take pictures. 14. There is limited car parking at the hotel for all guests and only one space per room is available. 15. To avoid disturbance of other guests, no visitors are allowed on the premises before 09:00 am or after 9:00 pm. Visitors are not allowed to use hotels parking at any time. 16. Out of respect of other guests staying in the Red Garden, please keep unnecessary noise to a minimum before 08:00 am and after 10:00 pm. 17.Please treat all furniture and equipment in the room with care, shall any damages occur we reserve the right to claim replacement costs against you in full.
