A cozy cottage in Kalamaki

Our stone built cottage is located at the beautiful village of Kalamaki, in a ca. 400 square meter garden, offering a total of 100 square meters of living space on two levels. Our little old cottage house has been restored in 1983 and refurbished in 2015. It is available to guests that appreciate nature, at one of the most convenient locations in Pelion being placed on the east side of Mount Pelion but also pretty close to the charming South Pelion. The space The house can comfortably host up to 8 guests.Οn the ground floor you will find a well equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a sofa, a double bed bedroom, a modern wc and a shower place. On the 1st floor you will find a double bed bedroom, a modern bathroom, a living room that incorporates two bed sofas. One of the sofas becomes a double bed. The ground floor is connected with the first floor from inside through a wooden stair. The cottage is equipped with various amenities you might need to make your stay comfortable, such as washer and dish washer, wifi internet connection, satellite tv, a traditional fireplace at the ground floor and a modern fireplace including an air heating system at the 1st floor, panel heaters, water reservoir (useful in the summer days when the water supply is limited). In the garden you will find a traditional stone built wood-fired oven and also two different resting areas, with dining tables and stone built seating facilities. The cottage can be reached by car (through a narrow village road yet) which can be parked on our stone built parking place nearby. In 6min by car from the house you can reach Kalamaki beach and there are several other beaches nearby. Kalamaki village is a traditional village on the southeastern foot of mount Pelion, with traditional grey stone roofs, elegant houses and paved paths, as well as an attractive square with a large platanus tree.
