World class horse park with riding an sled rides, or guided fishing trips can be scheduled in advance. Guest House (not available now) also has washer dryer. Kitchenette has microwave, toaster/convection oven, griddle, induction burner and instant water kettle plus coffee maker etc. It is well equipped and is air conditioned. It is sometimes available for $115/125 per night and a $65.00 cleaning fee. Dogs may be allowed at the guest house with a $75.00 non refundable fee, same as the big house. Access to Authentic Roslyn- Big House- On-site laundry, wireless internet, family games, Netflix, Hulu, and a small herd of deer that visit next door. We are available for any situations or questions that come up. We don't live too far and can help with recommendations for dinner, activities etc. The neighborhood is one of the oldest in Roslyn with wonderful folks who were born in the houses across the street and have lived in the neighborhood for three generations. Our house was the home of one of the communities first physicians. Most homes reflect the working class, coal mining families that built Roslyn, the mining company's superintendent lived just down the street. Once you are here, you can choose to leave your car parked and walk into Suncadia or drive around to explore the beautiful Northwest. Bring or rent bikes and enjoy Suncadia on miles of trails. Roslyn has a network of urban trails through the wooded ridge above town and the 6 mile coal miners trail linking Ronald, Roslyn and Cle Elum. A drive to to Salmon La Sac along Lake Cle Elum or Cooper Lake can be breath taking and don't forget to take in the Salmon spawning. Swimming, picnicking, kayaking, fishing, camping and hiking options are endless. We added a two story guesthouse adjacent to the house that can let you include more of your family in the fun.
