Y Garth, The Sea Captains House. Sleeps 12

Y Garth was built in 1880 by the sea captain of Barmouth and was the first house to be built on Mynach Road. It has beautiful views across the sea and down to the harbour, over most of Barmouth. It is easy walking distance to the beach and all the shops, bars and restaurants, but just far out enough to be peaceful and serine in its elevated position. Anyone who enjoys spectacular views and walking, there is a path outside its 15 minutes up the mountain to the peak and the Welsh Heritage Trail. The space Y Garth is a very much-loved family home. Parking for up to six Cars. On Ground Floor: It has a very Large Kitchen Dinner, brilliant when you want to all be together, socialise or entertain. Large Comfortable Lounge with log burner. Sky TV, Netflix and a DVD library Playroom full of toys, Games, extra TV. Conservatory with a Jacuzzi and amazing views. Garden and outdoor Seating area all around the house, BBQ, and firepit, stunning sea views. Utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra dishwasher. ideal dog bedroom. First Floor: Large Family Bathroom with Bath and Separate shower Twin Bedroom Large Master Bedroom (Sea Views) with King-size Bed and an en suite where you can relax in the bath looking out to sea. Large Double bedroom with en suit (sea views). Second Floor: Large Family Bathroom with Bath and Separate shower Twin Room, Mountain Views King-size Turret Bedroom (Sea Views) Extra Bed/cot can be added Double Bedroom (Sea Views). Cots and high chairs available. The front garden has a raised boarded and then a small drop, we have never had any problems with our children or their friends but if your worried please do not book. I will show in the pictures. Key is in a key box with codes changed for you. check out will be 10 am and check in at 3 pm (giving us time for a thorough clean and welcome hamper). Other things to note We are happy to have four legged friends also, but do limit to 2 dogs, please message if you have more before booking. many thanks
