NO CLEANING FEE Beautiful spotless guest house studio located in Sherman Oaks, L.A. County, California. Take a jog around our peaceful park half a block away. Get your goodies across the street at Trader Joe's market. Shop at our lovely mall Sherman Oaks Fashion Square located just one block away. Near two major freeways, extremely close to the I-101 and I-405 access. A few blocks to Ventura Blvd. which offers wonderful restaurants and shops. The space Our lovely guest house-studio is located in the back of our property. It is prepared for a couple (Queen Bed), the sofa is NOT for sleeping. If other bed is needed (twin) please inform the host with anticipation. Sorry NO children of any age as a registered guest or as visitors. LOCATION for distance mapping: we are located approximately one block away from 4800 Hazeltine Ave. 91423. CHECK-IN is anytime AFTER 4:00 pm, NO EXCEPTIONS. Our guests have access to the guest house-studio through the driveway gate on the side of the house. Please consider the studio is up a flight of STAIRS as shown in the photo. The space is private and quiet, detached from main house above a not-in-use parking garage. All guests must be "verified" by government-issued ID on their Airbnb account. Sorry NO smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the guest house-studio. Tobacco smoking is allowed outdoors in a designated area. Marijuana (recreational o medicinal) or other drugs are STRICTLY prohibited on the entire property. Sorry NO pets allowed. Sorry NO parties. No dinner guests. If you are to receive friends and or family please inform the host. Keep in mind Guesthouse is NOT intended for friends and family GATHERINGS. SORRY NO EXTRA PEOPLE OVERNIGHT. Please consider this is our Home, NO ILLEGAL situations will be tolerated. No evening guests (strangers) on the property. No illegal underage drinking on the property. This is to protect the integrity and safety of the family, neighbors and the guesthouse for the guests who are booked immediately after.
