This beautiful and bright 1 bedroom apartment is close to all the major attractions and a short walk to S.M.N train station. The apartment has been recently renovated with brand new everything, featuring Italian designed and made kitchen, bed and wardrobes as well as personalised sheets and towels for an extra special touch. This will be your home away from home, perfect for your stay in the Renaissance City! The space This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment that boasts lots of natural light. The open plan living space featuring custom made sofa bed and Kartell dining table and chairs. The kitchen is Italian designed and made featuring brand new appliances including a NESPRESSO coffee maker and the bathroom has been fully redone. The bed is especially comfy perfect for a restful nights sleep and they have been designed and made by Italian artisans. We have created our own personalised towels and sheets to give that extra special touch. We hope you will love this space as much as we do. NEW Covid-19 Measures At Italian Nights, we take the health and safety of our guests seriously. That is why we are following the guidelines from local health departments and Airbnb recommendations which are based on those provided by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In doing so we aim to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and to protect the wellbeing of our guests and team. Each of our apartments are now not only cleaned but disinfected using products with a minimum of 70% alcohol or bleach. Cleaning refers to using a soap or detergent to remove dirt, germs and impurities, while disinfecting refers to the use of chemicals like bleach or alcohol to reduce or kill germs. All of our linens are washed at the highest heat setting again to kill any possible germs. All our apartments are well ventilated after each guest departure. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete privacy and have full access to the apartment during their stay. Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor and the building does not have an elevator. Check in is available from 15.00 - 00.00 (midnight), however, check ins after 20.00 will incur a late check in fee of 40€, to be paid upon arrival. Stays longer than 7 days will be required to add a weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels for a fee of 40€, to be paid in cash for each additional week.
