The balcony has a comfortable chair for relaxing/reading. There is a place to store suitcases at the entrance to the apartment. Other things to note I rent the apartment with a cat, the Neva masquerade breed, intelligent, affectionate, does not bother, does not release claws, a feature of the breed.
