Big room, kitchen ant bathroom at Paris's door

My house is located in a very quiet residential area at the gateway to Paris. I offer a large refurbished room for one traveler with a kitchen and a bathroom that can occasionally be used by other travelers renting the second room. The kitchen is equipped and the bathroom is used only by guests. All shops are within walking distance and the house is very well served by many public transport.
