There you can relax overlooking the shared pool with the comfortable sunbeds, enjoy a panoramic view of the bay with the amazing sunrise and the gorgeous olive grove ahead. This spot is perfect for your family to enjoy meals together and simply relax! Inside, ample space for games or relaxation guarantee comfort for everyone! The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with top notch amenities for you to let these gastronomical talents unfold! The comfortable living room with a cozy sofa can accommodate two extra guests if needed or will make the perfect spot for movie night with its 43'' Smart TV. On the top floor you will find a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This space, as the others has been decorated with unique style, combining original artwork, stylish details and images of our amazing Kefalonia. We guarantee you will be stunned with all the fine details. The view from this room is just spectacular, overlooking Lixouri – Argostoli bay, Zante, Ainos mountain. It's just a panoramic bliss! The lower floor consists of one comfortable and stylish bedroom with its en suite bathroom. It may not have the top floor's view but the art, the décor and the hand-made furniture makes up for it. We take pride on paying attention to the finest details, after all! This villa is ideal for families and groups of friends! Guest access Reaching our accommodation from the Airport you need to head to the port of Argostoli and get on the ferry boat to Lixouri. Once there, turn left at the port exit and then right at the town's central square. At the end of the square turn left. In 500 m you will see a sign to the Ionian Village, turn left and park to your private spot. The center of Lixouri city with all the restaurants, cafes, shops and bars is just a walk away. Staying safe - The complex's shared pool is ideal for swimming. Kindly note that its depth is at 1,20 meters on one side, gradually reaching 1,80 meters on the other side, hence caution is advised. Ionian Village waves all responsibility regarding the use of the pool and safety matters regarding children and adults alike. We always strive for our guests to have a comfortable, luxurious and, most importantly, safe stay. Your villa will have been sanitized thoroughly before your arrival. There is a daily housekeeping service and the change of bedding and towels takes place once per week.
