Lime Tree Lodge - West Wing, by the Jurassic Coast

Lime Tree Lodge - West Wing, is a self-contained apartment attached to the main house. 150yds off the A352 between the Saxon town of Wareham and the county town of Dorchester -home of Poundbury, Prince Charles’ venture into village/workplace design and development. Very central to the Jurassic Coast, the Annexe is only 2 miles from the coast with Swanage, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Weymouth and Portland close by. Monkey World, The Tank Museum and Hardy's cottage are about 5 - 10 mins drive. The space The West Wing is a self contained and self catering apartment attached to Lime Tree Lodge. Consisting of its own access driveway to an integral double garage with remote electronic roller doors (no commercial vehicles please - 7ft hight max). This is for your sole use throughout your stay. On this floor is a utility room including washing machine, a tumble dryer and a tall freezer - all for your own use. From this level, stairs lead to a living room area with tv and free wireless internet access. The kitchen area contains an oven with grill, refrigerator, hob with extractor, microwave oven and breakfast bar. From the kitchen/living room you move into a large double bedroom with double bed and storage cupboards. Attached is an en-suite dressing room with hanging rails cupboard and dressing table. There is an en-suite shower room with all the usual amenities. The dressing room could easily be used as an office with the dressing table as a desk. There is Wifi access throughout. Guest access Lime Tree Lodge consists of the Main House and has an attached West Wing apartment both of which have their own separate entrances and although there is a connecting door this is kept locked unless there is any emergency exit required. You will be staying in the West Wing and come and go through your own separate double garage which connects directly to your own utility room and then up your own stairs to your own living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. Wendy and I are the only other people who live at Lime Tree Lodge in the Main House but we do not mix with you in any way, unless as explained there is an emergency need. So at any one time at Lime Tree Lodge and its West Wing there would be no more than 4 people. All frequently touched surfaces including keys, doorknobs, light switches, handles and remote controls are cleaned and disinfected prior to your check in. All linens are laundered at the manufacturers’ maximum temperature. Provision is made for, hand soap, antibacterial hand gel, bleach, bin liners (all 8 bins) plus spares. It is our intention that your stay is safe and you can have the confidence to enjoy your break in Dorset, one of the safest counties in the UK. Other things to note If you want to discover Dorset and/or the Jurassic Coast you are in the best position when you stay at Lime Tree Lodge - West Wing. We look forward to welcoming you for your stay.
