Our "Chez Schneider" - Leopold is a chic city apartment, close to the Carmelite Market, which convinces with a combination of classic old-Vienna features and interior, planned by architects and personally selected by us. The space Our apartments Leopold and Josefine are functional, fabulous and made for each other. This is why some of our guests love to stay in both of them as a generous double-apartment. We have given thorough thoughts as to what makes an apartment an urban retreat in a (yet) unknown city. Our guests should feel like locals, here, “Chez Schneider”. This is why we have taken care of many important and precious little things in connection with living in Vienna. Of course with the best of all: The autonomy of an apartment without hidden costs, but with added value like bicycles and individual recommendations (and no travel guide “secret tips”). Functional, chic and modern. Authentic atmosphere, without the need for kitsch. Near to the old town (by foot!) and nestled into a vibrant neighbourhood with top infrastructure, plus a pinch of hipness. Design yes, but not in a foolish way. Chic, but no chichi. Should there still be extra wishes, please just ask. We have a solution for nearly everything. Guest access - Ground level apartment (approx 35 sqm) with one bathroom - Air condition for cool hot days (and nights) - Occupancy of 1 to 4 persons, in case of little persons with great personality (e.g. babies and infants) also more - Beds were made by carpenter with fine mattresses for optimal sleep - Sofa collection, either as a further sleeping possibility (two single beds) or just to ruminate and chill after an extensive day (or night) out - Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kitchenware, oven and microwave, crockery and cutlery for self catering - Bathroom with toilet, basin and rainforest shower plus hair dryer - Washing machine, dryer and ironing possibility in the entrance room, if needed - Free WiFi - Tivoli-radio with am/fm, alarm clock and bluetooth - Juicer available, as well as natural cosmetics, wine, fruit juices, honey, spirits from own production for sale - High quality bed linen, fluffy handkerchiefs and towels, organic cosmetics - Personally collected tips solely for our guests in the Chez Schneider booklet - Two bicycles free of charge and Vienna bike map (upon request and subject to availability) - Buggy, baby bed and baby highchair, of course free of charge - Flexible, uncomplicated check-in and check-out by key vault (or by prior arrangement) - Unlike many others, we are no agency, and are fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations on the basis of a public licence - In case of long-term occupancy: Cleaning services available, if wished
