BLUE VIEW is a dog friendly one bedroom flat with private garden and communal heated pool (May 1st -Sept 30th) 5 mins walk to fistral beach. The flat is in a quiet complex perfect for a relaxing break. It has a balcony overlooking the pool and beach, as well as a private decked garden. Well behaved dogs are welcome but please let us know when booking. There is parking for 1 car. 15 mins walk to town. Suitable for 2 adults plus 1 or 2 children. The space Fistral court is a lovely quiet residential complex suitable for couples and families looking for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding units in the complex are a mix of residents and holiday makers and we ask that guests respect this :) You can check the surf from our balcony and we have a modern open plan kitchen living room overlooking the pool. There is a beautiful private south facing garden on the other side of the house to chill out in and outdoor table and chairs with outside shower. It isn't the most modern of houses but is a true little beach house. This is a beach house where we want people to feel they can come in with their dogs, sandy feet and wet children without worrying. Guests can relax and enjoy letting their dogs chill in the private garden, children play in the pool on the door step (under supervision of course!), and enjoy the beach without stressing. We are not a bed and breakfast, but just a couple with the love for the beach and a very special house that we want to share with others and we do our absolute best to try and make your holiday as memorable as possible. We want you to relax on Cornwall time and absorb all the wonderful things right on our doorstep! The space is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults, however we can also make up a sofa bed for children in the open plan kitchen/lounge if required (but we need to know at the time of booking please). Dogs are very welcome :) we don’t charge extra for them but we do ask owners to b mindful and hoover etc and use blankets on Furniture so there’s not extra work for our lovely cleaner. Thank you. Guest access Guests will have entire use of the property but we would like you to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum at all times please. Guests will also have use of our private garden , parking space (if requested), hot outdoor shower and balcony overlooking pool and beach. They will also have shared use of the swimming pool during April-September. Other things to note We can offer deals on up to 28 day bookings out of season so please get in touch if you would like to stay for an extended period between November and February. This property is only really suited to respectful, quiet guests looking to embrace the Cornish surroundings. However if this is you then rest assured you won’t be disappointed. There is Strictly no smoking in the house, or on the poolside balcony. Please respect others when on the balcony and keep noise to a minimum as sound really does travel and people often want to enjoy a nice relaxing time on their balconies. If you are having any problems with other guests not doing the same please just let us know and we can speak to the owners involved! We ask that guests behave responsibly when in the pool and follow all the rules. As mentioned, this is a residential area not a holiday park. It is compulsory that an adult is in the pool area (not just on our balcony) when any child under 16 is in the pool so please do ensure children are supervised at all times. thank you. We live just up the road so we can be on hand to help, please just let us know of any issues! We do like to get to know our guests, so we will ask questions prior to booking and we like to pop round and say hello on arrival (from a distance). This is dog friendly but again, we need to know about dogs at time of booking thank you. Although the property feels like a house with its own front and back door, please be aware it is a flat so there may be noise from other units near by. Our place does not suit people looking to spend late nights drinking in the garden/apartment as noise does travel so if either of these are going to be a problem please don't book our property thank you.
