Opposite one of Vejer´s most picturesque spots

Casa Arco de las Monjas is a 1 bedroom open plan apartment on the ground floor of a traditional Andalucían courtyard house which dates from the 18th.C. Just 50m. From the Castle and a 100m. from the main church this is a quiet place to stay on a cobbled pedestrian street. The courtyard is shared with another of our houses the Casa Convento which together with Casa Arco de las Monjas could be rented for a total of 5 guests. The space The apartment is part of one wing of a traditional restored ‘patio’. This open plan space has a kitchen dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower. There is a sofa bed for a third person or child. The apartment is a ground floor partment and unlike many places to stay in Vejer affords very easy access. The courtyard can be used freely and it has a table and chairs for relaxing. Other than our two apartments the rest of the house is used occasionally by the owners. Guest access The town of Vejer de la Frontera is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Andalucía. A mixture of history, carefully preserved architecture, art, culture and magnificent cuisine make its location between the sierras and the sea an ideal getaway for rural and coastal tourism. The beaches of El Palmar or Cape Trafalgar are just a 10 or 15 minute drive away with a network of trails or beach walking linking up almost 20km. of pristine virtually undeveloped beaches and the Las Breñas Nature Reserve. Surfing, kitesurfing and mountain biking are other popular activities here while the Montenmedio Golf and Country Club is 13 km away. Alternatively simply relax and unwind walking through Vejer’s centuries-old streets.
