Guest access The house has a Private Entrance for all guests (24/24 access). Everybody can access all the common areas + Motorbike parking. Each studio has an Electronic lock (smart card). Please keep your card carefully. Otherwise you will be charged $5 per lost card. The shutter is closed after 22:00 for security reason. Your room card can open it. Other things to note There is a 24/24 camera system in the common areas (parking, common kitchen, lobbies, elevator) for security purpose only. You can use washing machine & dryer on 3rd & 5th floor for free. Drinking water, toilet paper, tissues and laundry detergent only be provided when you first check-in. You need to re-supply those items yourself afterwards. Tap water in Vietnam needs to be boiled before drinking.
