Madrid's wonderful weather allows our beautiful terrace to be enjoyed for most of the year. Guest access The whole apartment is for exclusive use of our guests. It's a duplex with two floors, on the top floor there is a spacious room with a double bed, large closet and windows overlooking Madrid, there is also a separate bathroom and an access door from the sixth floor. Going down an internal staircase to the lower floor we find a large area with a living room/ bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed, kitchenette and access to the private terrace. Here we also have another independent access door from the fifth floor. Other things to note One of the biggest perks of our apartment is the privacy it offers having separe entrances through both apartment floors, making it comfortable and practical for a 4 people stay.
