The West Lodge is a cosy traditional style cottage on the edge of a beautiful estate with woodland walks only 4 miles from the seaside town of Arbroath. It has a great golf course on the doorstep and lots to do beaches and visitor attractions close by. It is ideal for young families, couples and dog lovers (up to 2 medium sized dogs) with nature and long walks just outside the back door. You will need to bring a car. We will send you our famous 'local info' document when you book! The space The West Lodge is a detached stone holiday cottage. You have exclusive use of the cottage and the surrounding large garden area. The cottage has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 and dining area for 4. There is a sofabed so it can accommodate a family of 5. It is very cute and cosy inside and is ideal for those wanting to stay in a traditional style cottage. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage . As a guest of one of Kinblethmont estate holiday cottages you will have access to the private paths, tracks and walled garden of Kinblethmont estate. Other things to note The cottage is set back from the A933 road. Behind it is Kinblethmont estate with fields woodlands and walks - on the other side of the road is Letham Grange golf course and some houses. There is an enclosed area of garden at the back of the cottage. Please note that the cottage is self catering and we do not provide breakfast items. There are several supermarkets in Arboath 5 minutes drive away and the cottage has full cooking facilities Please note the maximum capacity is 4 +an extra child. This cottage is not suitable for 5 adults.
