1 mile from Shalford station, 3 miles from Guildford station but in middle of the Surrey Hills. 3 acre garden & room has great views of the garden, donkey & horses. Accommodation is a large double bedroom, ensuite shower room & a kitchen. There isn't a living room however it is a large double room. The property is a ten minute walk to the village pub, the Grantley Arms, Wonersh. The space Large double bedroom with armchair, desk, bed, 2 x chest of drawers and a wardrobe and lots of mirrors (I have lots of wedding guests that stay here:) Kitchen has toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob & oven & a Nespresso machine . It takes the small regular Nespresso capsules if you want to bring your favourite ones with you. There is small dining table & chairs in the kitchen. Bathroom is bright with a full size wall mirror. The room has open views of the large garden where you can see the horses and donkey. People like staying here as it has a thick hotel mattress that is incredibly comfortable; good quality bed linen from The White Company & guests tell me it is tastefully decorated (always nice to hear!). Guest access We have a large parking area for 10 cars on our drive. You will have your own door to access the property so you don't have to go through the main house. You have access to a new washing machine & tumble dryer (additional fee of £5 if you wish to use the washer & dryer) Other things to note There is an EV charger that costs £20 for a full overnight charge.
