House Prasino close to the Aegean Sea

The Prasino house is the middle house of a new complex consisting of four terraced houses. This stone house is absolutely quiet, near the village of Poulithra and is free of any through traffic. From the house you can reach the beautiful beach of St. George Bay in just 60 meters on foot. All houses are located in a park in the middle of nature surrounded by old olive trees. The view of the sea is spectacular from everywhere. The space The house is modern and comfortably furnished. On the first floor is an open living, dining and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The living room is equipped with a fireplace. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a covered terrace and a second bedroom with a balcony, as well as a bathroom. If you go down the stairs from the first floor, after an anteroom you will find a very large bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine. On the first floor and on the second floor there are air conditioners with which you can cool or heat. In the lower room, which is cooler in summer, a fan is available. In winter it can be heated by infrared heater. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Outside there are terraces where you can enjoy the magnificent views. There are plenty of parking spaces. Guest access The house is in approx. 3 1/2 hours by car from Athens Airport. Taverns, restaurants and shopping are in Poulithra, Plaka and Leonidio by car in approx. 8 - 18 minutes. Every Monday, a weekly market with fresh fish, vegetables and fruits as well as local products takes place in Leonidio.
