El Pontón de Lanchares is a traditional Campurrian house, built in oak wood and stone in 1949. Located in the village of Lanchares in the Campoo de Yuso Valley. Restored in 2019 respecting the structure of the house and its materials in addition to adding all the comforts of modern life. Lanchares is located on the shore of the Ebro reservoir. It is about 17 km from Reinosa and 45 minutes from Santander The space First floor: - adapted room with 135cm bed, 90cm extra bed and adapted bathroom. TV, hairdryer, towels, closet. - kitchen-dining room for 14 people, a large table and a smaller one, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchenware. Second floor; - Bedroom with two 90cm beds and two additional 90cm beds. All bedrooms have a TV, bedding, and towels On the first floor is the living room and a very spacious kitchen-dining room equipped with all the necessary utensils for guests' use and enjoyment. In the outdoor area we have a children's playground as well as a 25 m zip line and a mini farm. A terrace with chairs and a table with an umbrella and a barbecue. In the annex building, we have the spa area with a Jacuzzi for 6 people, a sauna, and sun loungers. We also have mountain bikes available to our guests.
