A set of architectural arcs give name and its character to this open-concept and cool house. It has thick walls and a big window that heads West. The sunsets are unbelievably beautiful. In winter, you'll be able enjoy chilling in front of the firepla The space “Los Arcos” is one of the four houses of the rural complex “el Molino de Fernán Pérez”. It is situated in the middle of the “Cortijada” (group of rural houses). Historically, it was the place where the group tasks were lead and when renovating, we have tried to keep the meeting-point nature of this space. It has a double bedroom, a good-sized living and dining room with a lot of charm and amazing views. The sofa is convertible in a double bed in front of the fireplace. We will provide firewood in winter. The kitchen is completed equipped, and you also have TV, electric heating, WI-FI and a camping-crib for babies. Guest access The houses are surrounded by 2 hectares of land where you would be able to walk around and get to know bits of the local flora. In addition to this, we offer you two common areas: a barbeque zone and a Haima, where from time to time, we offer restoration services. This space may be rented to organise meetings and celebrations tailor-made. Another plus is the visit to the Windmill, which is part of the Andalusian Ethnographic Heritage, along with the reservoir.
