The house is a fully self contained holiday home with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen facilities including micro wave, and gas BBQ on the upper storey deck The space Sea Watch boasts uninterrupted views of Eastern Cove and is a 2 minute walk to the beach and boat ramp. The family friendly house has 2 living spaces (one downstairs is equipped with kids in mind!). Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms with doonas, spare blankets and pillows provided. All linen is supplied. Also upstairs is the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen including cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee plunger and espresso machine. The upper storey deck is the prefect place to have a drink and watch the sun set over Eastern Cove. Also on the deck is a gas barbecue for your use. Reverse cycle air conditioner and slow combustion heater. Downstairs is a well equipped games room with a second TV, table tennis, toys and computer games as well and a small selection of books. Also down stairs we have full laundry facilities. Please note that the stairs to the upper storey are on the outside. Plenty of parking space for both cars and boat. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house, garden and garage apart from one storage room. Other things to note Back yard is not fenced off. Indoor fires are only permitted from the 1st of May to the 30th of September, due to Fire Ban season.
