The space Brimming with character including inglenook fireplace, original bread oven, oak beams, rustic Norfolk pamment tiles in hallway and kitchen, traditional bathroom with roll top bath. Enter the cottage through the porch into the spacious hallway with information board and access to downstairs WC. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with electric Rangemaster cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tall fridge (small freezer compartment), tea and fresh filter coffee. Leading through from the hall, the open plan living/dining room includes two comfy sofas to cosy up and relax in front of the large inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. Understairs cupboard houses outdoor cushions/games/dog towels. Door from the living room opens onto the private patio area complete with brick barbecue and large outdoor table with ample seating and comfy double egg chair - the perfect place to sit, unwind and enjoy the birdsong. Three steps lead up to the lawned back garden. Mature shrubs and trees surround the cottage. The main staircase leads up from the living room to the landing. The bedroom features a rustic vaulted ceiling and plenty of storage. The spacious master bedroom offers a king size bed and TV. The bathroom includes a deep roll top bath with handheld shower, heated towel rail and tucked away integrated washing machine. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Check in time is between 4pm and 7pm. Two well-behaved dogs welcome for an additional fee of £20 per stay. **Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture and are not to be left alone on the premises**.
