In the heart of the naturist village, come and stay in our studio, completely refurbished in 2020, with its large terrace facing the marina. You will love its chic atmosphere and enjoy the sunset on Mont Saint Loup. Close to restaurants, the beach and shops, you will enjoy both the calm and the proximity to the nightlife areas. The space The studio is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and access is secured by badge, as is the private parking included. We imagined it as a hotel room, with kitchen and large furnished terrace: you will have a panoramic view of the port, Mont Saint Loup, Quai de la Joliette and you will fully enjoy aperitifs at sunset! It is completely refurbished (kitchen, bathroom, bedding, toilet, bay window, shutter, reversible air conditioning, safe). Many storage spaces (wardrobe, storage bed) and equipment are available: - Kitchen: fridge, induction stove, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, tea towels, cleaning kit - Bedroom: flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, new queen size bedding (160 x 200) with sheets provided, safe - Bathroom: Shower open to the bedroom, separate toilet, towels and bath mat, hairdryer - Terrace: sofa and table 2 people.
