Independent, quiet and peaceful, the Villa is spread over 250 square meters on two floors with 13 beds (and up to 16 if necessary). 3 indoor parking spaces, 300 meters from the beach, fully fenced with solarium and porch for outdoor dining, cool because it is immersed in the greenery of the garden full of Mediterranean scents and essences The space On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, only one bedroom has a single bed, the other 3 are large with more beds and adaptable with different bed configurations according to request (double/single). 3 bathrooms (2 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor). On the second floor, a bedroom with 3 beds and an exclusive bathroom. Terrace on the third floor. All rooms are air-conditioned (except the small room with a single bed). On the ground floor there is a laundry room, with shower . The kitchen is also located on the ground floor, with an adjacent indoor living room that can be used as a bedroom if needed. We have installed a Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) internet network. Great for climbing groups. Guest access The entire villa is available.
