Guests need to use gradual stair case approx. 20ft length to enter the unit the garden access require using stairs. Other things to note WIFI and Utilities included ( Note: Gas Electric Water and Waste use capped at $250 per month.) Combined water gas and waste recycle bill portion over $250 will be charged to the tenant. In that case, Host will provide copies of bills. We may request visit to the flat during your stay for repairs and other reasons. These visit may include the host, host's contractors or their agents. On any prescription medication. Minors are not allowed to use the steam unit without adult supervision. do not use steam more than 30 minutes. This unit is a rental unit subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by a tenant of their rights under the Rent Ordinance is void as contrary to public policy. Longer lease negotiable the owner will require guest ( tenant) to enter into standard month to month lease agreement.
