While there, Ernie helped design and manage a city on water, and Terry taught at an American University, wrote and directed comedic, musical plays while at the same time together managing a Christian youth group and underground church. They have had the opportunity to travel the world and have met many precious people from all walks of life, learning along the way that life can be extremely wonderful—and at the same time very, very challenging. Therefore they have created Chateau Le Mur to be a magical, peaceful haven from the world, and invite you to come share in what they have created here. From a fairy-like castle filled with treasures collected from all over the globe to the whimsical ‘Rapunzel's Tower’, ‘The Knight’s Chambre’, ‘The Fairy Room’ and ‘The Dark Enchanted Forest’ to the fabled personages who ‘at one time lived in the manoir’ they've created a place that calls to the child in all of us.
