Sandhills Retreat

Sandhills get-away right off the main highway and extremely close to town. Halsey National Forest is just a few minutes away and many great Refuge lakes are in the area between Thedford and Valentine. Beautiful views of the sandhills and Middle Loup river going thru the property, with a small catch & release fishing pond on property. Come out to enjoy the peace and quiet of the sandhills. *Please Read Guest Access section for further information* Guest access As noted in the house rules, there is a separate inhabited apartment located in the basement. It has its own entrance, parking and is fully furnished. The apartment is separated by a wall and the door to enter it is always locked so as not to disturb the renter, therefore there is no shared space at all between the apartment and the rest of the home.
