Valentino is a pleasant apartment located in a carefully renovated building, with all the comfort you need for a vacation in Porto. The balcony is perfect for breakfast outdoors or just to relax while planning your day. As it is located in the city center, getting around will be easy. It is an open space studio with a double bed and equipped with all the amenities you need. It features air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet. The space The accommodation is equipped with a self check-in system. Although guests can enter alone, we are always available by message for whatever they need. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this charming loft has 3 entrances to a balcony full of natural light. This very comfortable and quiet place has a double bed. In the living there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, espresso machine, iron, dining table and various kitchen accessories. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. It has air-conditioning. The bathroom includes toiletries (shower gel), towels and a hairdryer. Construction is currently underway in the building next door, which may cause some noise during the day. Guest access The apartment is an open-space with a double bed and a full kitchen. A bathroom with shower, with bed linens and towels included. Shower gel and toilet paper. The apartment is located in a historic building in the city, on the 1st floor, with an elevator. In the kitchen, we always leave some essentials: napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, herbs, coffee and tea. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. We leave kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid. Everything you need to make a good breakfast or another meal. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. The ideal place to relax. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available. If you have any special requests, we are always available. Send us a message! Breakfast and other meals are not included. It does not have Netflix. Please be advised that for short stays (up to 4 nights), we do not usually replace towels. This practice is common in hotels, but in tourist apartments we follow a different, more sustainable and environmentally friendly policy. The daily change of towels implies a high consumption of water and energy, with a significant impact on the planet. For stays longer than 4 nights, guests may request a change of towels, provided the request is made at least one day in advance. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Please be respectful of the following guests, as the smell of tobacco is very difficult to remove. Violation of this rule carries a penalty of 50€. This house is equipped with an 80-liter hot water cylinder. It is about 12-15 minutes of consecutive use. After this time, the cylinder refills with cold water, and it takes about 1 hour to heat the water again. Parking on public roads is something over which we have no control or responsibility, so, as a rule, we always try not to recommend it. Where possible, we recommend the use of paid or guarded parking lots, which offer better security conditions. Any situation or incident related to parking (in parks or public roads) is the sole responsibility of the driver, and we can only help by giving information about places where it is possible to park. **** Important Notice - Building Rules **** Please be reminded that smoking and throwing cigarettes or garbage out the windows is not permitted. No parties or any kind of noise after 11 p.m. It is essential to respect the rest of the neighbors and all guests, ensuring the comfort of everyone in the building. Other things to note Check-in time: after 3 p.m. Check-out time: by 11 a.m. With many check-ins and check-outs, unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate early check-in or late check-out, as our cleaning team needs adequate time to clean the apartments. Guests must complete an accommodation form through our platform, the access link for which we send by message in the booking confirmation. It must be completed with the identification data of all guests. Check-in is only possible after completing the form. Please fill it out in advance, as this makes our job easier and avoids having to do it on the day of your arrival. Towels and sheets are included, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. Also included are a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi. Accommodation cleaning is not included during your stay. Breakfast, other meals, and foods such as oil/olive oil are not included. It does not have Netflix. No parties or pets allowed.
