Duchy lodge Annex. 3 mins walk to Tolcarne Beach

Duchy lodge annex has its own private entrance to the front of the property just 3 minutes walk to Tolcarn beach and 5 minutes to shops, bars and restaurants but still being in a quiet area of newquay. Two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles, modern spacious shower room and open plan lounge kitchen diner all on ground level. Parking for one car and plenty of off street parking outside the property . The space All bed linen, bath/hand towels are provided. The living area is cosy yet spacious enough for your family to spend time together, dining table and seating for four, kitchenette with oven, hob, washing machine, microwave and integrated fridge. Iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a selection of board games and books. The picnic bench outside the entrance to the annex is ideal for enjoying the evening sun but please be aware there is no enclosed garden, please also be aware there is a connecting door in the hallway to the main house which is kept locked for the duration of your stay.
