Nice open floor plan house with plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining room table. There are 2 full-size refrigerators and long counters for chopping and cooking. The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort. The house is located on a main street. VHR Permit #073758 Transient Occupancy Tax #T63919 The space Recently remodeled, the house is nice and new. It is larger and nicer than it looks in pictures. Like most homes in Tahoe it does not have air conditioning. The nights are generally cool, so sleeping is usually not a problem. There are 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed with private bathroom (sink, toilet, and shower) Bedroom 2 (Bunk Room): 1 double bed and 2 singles (one of the singles is a bunk) Bedroom 3: (Cal King): Cal King bed, this bedroom faces the street (the street is fairly quiet at night but there is some traffic). All beds are new and comfortable. Bathrooms: 2 (both have sink, toilet, and shower) Guest access There is an attic space which is not accessible. Other things to note Unfortunately we cannot allow pets (even service animals) due to my sons allergies. This is a "shoes off" house. The driveway is made of gravel, so I ask that you remove your shoes as little pieces of gravel will scratch the floors. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 cars per code. You can't exceed 2 cars and you'll be subject to a $1,000 fine. This is true for all Air BnB's in El Dorado County. Noise and parties: There have been a lot of complaints in South Lake Tahoe recently and the city has been very strict on the noise ordinance. Fines for parties and loud music are $1000 and accessed to the renter (you) and the home owner. Keep this in mind whether you are renting my place or another. Maximum Occupancy of 8 people (children under 5 are excluded) between 10 PM and 8 AM. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. This is a county wide law.
