A GORGEOUS GARDEN STUDIO FOR TWO PEOPLE. LOVELY COUNTRY RETREAT YET CLOSE TO THE BEACH AT PERRANPORTH **RECENTLY REFURBISHED** This cute cottage is perfect for couples. It has an open plan living area which includes a new modern kitchen with cooker, fridge and microwave. Also a full size double bed and plenty of cupboard space. The cottage also has a modern w/c, basin & shower room. Electricity, linen, towels and Wifi are included in the cost. There is a pet fee of £30 per stay (max 2). The space Please note that the garden is shared with our other one bedroom cottage. Other things to note Please contact me if you have a dog. There will be a £25 charge per dog per stay. This can be paid upon arrival if easier. We ask that you do not leave dog(s) unattended in the property.
