It is surrounded by attractions: the Hermitage, the Savior on the Blood, the Kazan Cathedral, the Russian Museum, the Summer Gardens and etc. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped with new furniture and appliances. The space The apartment of the 45 sq.m is located at the 5th floor in the house with a rich history on the famous Malaya Konyushennaya Street next to the Griboedov Canal and Nevsky Prospekt. The building and the yard is guarded. The apartment consists of: - bedroom areas: double bed with orthopedic mattress with memory effect, comfortable leather armchair with footrest, 50 "UHD TV with smart TV (Netflix, ivi, Amazon video, Youtube etc.) and Internet access, large capacious wardrobe and chest of drawers for storing clothes; - a combined living room area with a dining furniture group, a single bed and a modern kitchen. It has everything you need for cooking: stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine and electric kettle, sandwich maker, mixer, necessary dishes and cutlery; - a bright bathroom with a window and heated floor, a spacious shower with a rain shower, an installation with a hygienic shower, a washing machine and a clothes dryer; - a separate dressing room for storing outerwear and shoes; - there is a high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, city phone, sockets with USB connector, heater, vacuum cleaner, radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, blankets, bedding, towels and hygiene items for the first time. Other things to note I assist in registration of the stay. Upon agreement, non-standard check-in is possible.
