City of Portland Permit License Number 20185385 The guest suite is attached to our house but is completely separate and private from the home. It is located near Portland's beautiful Back Cove. It is close to MacWorth Island, Old Port, art and culture, great views, & parks. You’ll love this place because of the privacy and location. The space The room is very small but is clean, quiet and private, it is attached to the house but is separate from the main home. This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It has a private entrance, and the suite includes a bathroom, washer & dryer and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (no TV). Street parking is plentiful and free! Although private, there is a shared wall between the unit and the main house, please be aware that some noise from our family of 5 may be heard (although we try to be mindful of guests). Guest access The guest suite consists of a small bedroom and bathroom that is completely separate and private from the rest of the house. You have private access to the room and no shared space or access to the main house. *earlier check in is sometimes available. Please ask if you would like to come before 4 as the date or arrival gets closer. Other things to note We do have a dog and 3 young children. We keep them all in the main house and you will not see them (apart from in passing outside) but may hear them from time to time. There is a white noise machine in your space to help if needed but we do our beat to minimize noise especially in the morning. This space is best suited for people who will be out and about as daytime noise will be overheard in the guest space.
