HYGIENIC CLEANING PROTOCOL - Ana our full time employed cleaner [whom has been with us many years] pays special attention to hygienic cleaning, regular disposal of used cleaning materials and her own and others protective hygienic protocols. We have undergone substantial training in line with current requirements and suggestions by relevant authorities. You will find your own cleaning protocol at your booked accommodation. With a Jacuzzi on the roof terrace (chargeable, seasonal and deed a 48 hours notice to get it ready), board games, poker and roulette tables and an arcade machine in the lobby there is plenty to keep you all entertained. There is a beautifully appointed and fully equipped large kitchen can seat 16. All six floors are supplied with their own TV, kettles, toasters, microwaves, mini fridges, hairdryers. WIFI. Professionally cleaned and supplied with quality hotel bed linen and towels. Layout: Roof Terrace: Enjoy views of the London skyline or take a dip in the secluded Hot Tub in the roof terrace. One double bedroom, with two mattress (bed) on mezzanine levels. Shower room with sink/WC. Third floor: Two en-suites each with 1 double bed and 1 double fold out sofa bed. Star and mood light system throughout. Jacuzzi bath and separate shower room with sink and w/c. Second floor: 2 bedrooms. Double room with TV bed and further compact double bedroom. Combined lounge with 1 double fold out sofa bed/seating for 4 persons. Shared large bathroom including 4-seater indoor bath tub only (not a jacuzzi) with mood light and "his/hers" sink. First Floor (Lounge/bedroom): Large living room with 60-inch wall mounted flat screen HD SMART TV, Netflix, DVD library (200 legendary movies). Combined area with wall mounted double bed above 4 seater jacuzzi (currently setup as a snug / day bed. Pls inform us if you want to use that.). 3 Sofas which can be fold out into 3 double beds. Separate shower room with sink w/c. NB: Please inform us in advance if you want to use this room as a living room in stead of bedroom. Ground floor Lobby: Secure video entry system, sofa seating, coat hanging area and retro Arcade coin-op with 800 Games. Large, fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining tables for 16 persons plus breakfast bar. Kitchen can transform into family/friendly games room, board Games (Risk, Monopoly, children Monopoly, 52 Games set and much more), Poker WSOP chips, cards, professional poker table cover for 6-10 players. Professional Roulette set. Dishwasher, large industrial size oven, fridge-freezer, microwave (2), satellite TV, Spotify/Radio speaker, cutlery, China, champagne flutes, wine glasses etc. Basement: 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: king size bed with bathroom. Bedroom 2: double size bed. Lounge with 2 double fold out sofa beds and further seating for a total of 6 persons, 50-inch satellite TV etc. Communal washing machine and dryer. Extra guest fees: Please note, it is important that we know exact numbers of person staying - maximum 16 people and more. We will not be held responsible for missing extra beds (which may need installation), sheets, pillows, towels and other amenities. There is a £ 40 / person / night extra charge which applies from start to finish of the booking if there is more then the amount of person booked initially (max 16 person). This fee will be doubled if there are extra person communicated late i.e. upon arrival or during stay. We reserve the right to cancel the entire booking without refund should there be more person staying as per booking. Payments are done through AirBnB platform only. Up to 2 babies till 2 years of age are free of charge. We are happy to provide baby / travel cot (no sheets), and it's chargeable £ 30 / day. You will be met in person and walked through the entire property showing you all amenities. We are kindly asking you to follow the rules: - No loud music or noise after 22:00 PM. - No extra guests apart from person mentioned the reservation - No parties in the house - Confirmation of the name of each guest who will be coming - If someone will be smoking inside of the premises, you will be have to pay £500 of fine and it will be deducted from you deposit. If any of the house rules will be violated, we reserve a right to ask you to leave the premises immediately and you will not receive any of your money back. You will be amazed by its heritage value and the history at the time of built - Anno MDCLXXIV. We dubbed our much-loved grand dame of buildings "Sophia's Love". Sophia was the "love" child of Giacomo Casanova and his childhood friend Teresa Imer (aka Teresa Cornely of Carlisle House, herself a famous and entrepreneurial Madame at the time). The link lies in the historic facts of Casanova's regular visits during Teresa’s Opera singing appearances at the Kings Theatre in Haymarket. We are parallel to the now called, “Haymarket Theatre” and considered the only remaining residential house, within nearby area, dating back to these days... There is one thing we would like to mention in advance. We hire hotel linen services and we might need brief access to the storage area in the basement of the house to collect some linens during your stay occasionally. Generally, it will be happened in the morning. We aim to make this as quick and unobtrusive as possible and will respect your privacy and space. It won't impact your attention.
