No wonder that one of the Capietti sisters, who spent their lives in this house, chose this sunlit room for intimate hours with her future husband. Because you can't wish for anything more romantic. With the shutters open, it is best to wake up to the first rays of the sun in the comfortable double bed. And then, when you go out onto the terrace, you can feel it, the Tramontana, the gentle breeze from the Mediterranean that blows across the lake every morning. And a cup of coffee from the small kitchenette next door, which you enjoy before breakfast. This is a great way to start the day. On the lower floor is the spacious living room with TV, lounge and dining table. Here is also the possibility for two more sleeping places. A large part of the furniture still comes from the Capiettis' property. With attention to detail, the old furniture has been restored, upholstered, alienated, freed from woodworms and given a new life. In the old glass cabinet you can still find the delicate cut crystal glasses from which you sipped sweet liqueur in the afternoon. A special gem of the apartment is the original Salvarani kitchen in pastel green from the 60s. The next absolute eye-catcher is the bathroom with retro furnishings from the 70s. Here you can relax comfortably in the bathtub after a long day at the lake or in the mountains. Only the toilet and bidet as well as the floor were renewed during the renovation. By the way, on the other side, right next to the entrance is another guest toilet. For those who like to dine al fresco, dinner can be served on the lower terrace and end the long day peacefully. But it's only about 100 meters to the lovenest. Parking is available on Via Aldo Ai Gobbi or down by the lake on Via Nazionale. From there it is about 50 meters to walk in each case.
