Murano Manor home and dance studio sleeps 8

Built in 1981 our large family home can accommodate 4 couples in 3 queen bedrooms and 1 King room. Additional single beds can be added for $10 each per night. We have one large bathroom recently renovated and separate toilet and a large dance studio, two living/lounge areas and off street parking. Available for 2 night min stay. A lived in home, some wallpaper damage in hallway by cat.. The space We have a lovable, friendly cat called 'Twillie'. She will be warm and affectionate with you, and will also do her own thing. Important Re Dance Studio. The studio is in use 3.30 pm - 8.30 pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 3.30 pm - 7.30 pm and Saturday 9 am - 5.30 pm. There will noise in the studio at these times. Students do not come into the house or your space. No classes at Easter. Guest access Access is easy to the front door. Stairs to downstairs large bedroom/sitting room and dance studio. 3 bedrooms and living rooms at street level. Other things to note We are perfectly located at the start of the Otago Peninsula. Take a scenic drive down to either MacAndrew Bay, the yellow eyed penguins or the albatross colony. We are also just 10 minutes from the wonderful Larnach Castle, New Zealand’s only castle. We are 5 minutes to the Ice Rink and beaches and 10 mins to the stadium and University. Sometimes during the day the studio is in use, so some noise is to be expected from downstairs.
