Situated 2 mins from the beach, 15 mins from Estepona and the picturesque white village of Casares. Sleeping up to 6 people, it is a delightful property set in one of the most exclusive communities on the Costa del Sol. You'll fall asleep to the sound of lapping waves and gaze upon the sunset from its patio and garden. The space An ideal house for families and friends. Community pool 4 mins walk from the house, terrace and garden, air conditioning in all rooms. The house overlooks the bay of Casares, 650 metres from the beach. Fully equipped with all the necessary comforts for a seaside holiday. El Balcón de la Bahia is a haven of peace and vegetation. Its garden offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean, where the horizon stretches uninterruptedly from the Bay of Estepona to the Rock of Gibraltar, passing by the African coast. With a capacity of 6 people (3 double rooms), plus a cot, the property captivates with its idyllic location 50 metres above sea level and its location in one of the most beautiful spots on the Costa del Sol. The decor reflects a very sophisticated atmosphere with a chic and ethnic design that recalls the taste and essence of the Mediterranean. All the equipment is new. The light floods the house and the sea is so close that you can enjoy long quiet evenings with the sound of the waves. The blue of the Mediterranean Sea is even present in the bathroom. El Balcón de la Bahia has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with dining area and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite dishes at home, a comfortable dining area for 6 people, a sitting area with fireplace, stereo, CD, satellite TV with over 100 channels in all languages, free unlimited wi-fi The living room has large windows where you can relax and enjoy the view of the sea. The living room has direct access to the terrace and the garden. On the ground floor you will also find a toilet with washbasin. The outdoor area includes a large patio, a flower garden facing the sea, a large dining table for 6 people, barbecue and a hanging garden chair and sun loungers. It is the ideal place for your meals and for your evenings at sunset. The 3 bedrooms are all located on the 1st floor. Each has a different style of decoration, the master bedroom is decorated in a Zen style with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. On the same floor there is a large bathroom, the second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) furnished in a Moorish style and the third bedroom in a Moorish style with two single beds (90x200) which is intended for children but can also be used for adults if necessary. Note that the swimming pool is open from may to September, dates and times of opening may vary. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire house, its patio and terrace. The communal areas are the communal swimming pool and the gardens of the urbanisation. Free parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note Bed linen is provided and included in the rental for stays of up to 7 nights. For stays over 7 x nights , should guests require fresh linen a fee of 60 euros will apply for 3 bedrooms. The dates and times of opening of the pool are managed by the residence management company. The owner cannot be help responsible for pool closure instructed by the community. The rental price of the property solely reflect the rental of the house, no refund can be issue in case of pool closure. Guests Registration Upon check in Spanish Royal Decree on documentary registration and security obligations, Royal Decree 933/2021. An updated Royal Decree dated 2 December 2024 requires digital platforms and hosts to provide data of all guests renting a property to the Spanish national authorities (Ministry of Interior). The registration of guests must be submitted by hosts within 24hours of arrival, and for this reason you will be required to provide details of all guests stating at the property prior to your arrival, By renting property X you must agree to provide the following details on check-in Personal details required include: 
 First name, first and second surname. Sex Nationality Date of birth Place of usual residence and full address
 Telephone numbers: Landline and Mobile E-mail address. Number of Guests booked at the property Relationship between the travellers (in case any of them is a minor).
