Casale Poggetti is a typical rustic farm of 300 qm divided on three levels, is lovingly furnished with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 people. The price shown is for 12 people. In the Casale there are also two living rooms, a dining room and a kitchen and a little charming wc) In the garden, not far from the main house, it is located the Dépendance, a small house of 60 mq made of stone able to accommodate up to 2 guests. Possibility to rent the Dépendance at a price to be agreed (not included in the price of the Casale) In the olive grove there is the swimming pool, size 3x12 m, nearby the house but separated for more privacy. It is in a panoramic position and is sunny from morning to sunset, with 8 comfortable sunbeds and a sun shower. The main house and the dépendance are simply furnished and cosy, you will instantly feel at home. The main house up to 12 guests In the main house there are 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 4 double room, 2 twin room, and 6 bathrooms. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms at the 2nd floor The entrance leads directly to the large living room with its beautiful chimney; next you will find an intimate dining room for 12 people and the well equipped kitchen with a table for 6 people. On the same floor there is a small guests bathroom. Going up to the first floor, carpeted on its entrance with a wallpaper that depicts wild strawberries, we find another large living room with a chimney and a french window overlooking on the open gallery. On the floor there are two bedrooms: the Turquoise one with a double bed and a not adjoining bathroom with shower, and the other with two single beds and adjoining bathroom with bath. Finally, on the second floor, there are four rooms: the Blue one with four-poster bed and adjoining bathroom with bath; the Yellow one with double bed and adjoining bathroom with shower; the Ethnic one with double bed and “The Children" room smaller and with two single beds. These bedrooms share a large, bright bathroom with bathtub and two sinks. The rooms are spacious and with mosquito nets, we also have a baby bed. The house is equipped with wifi, digital television, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fans. Outside there are two pergolas, a porch and an open gallery, ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner or whenever you want to rest. There are also many chairs, tables and coffee tables. The dépendance (up to 2 guests, 2 nights minimum stay): In the dépendance there are: 1 living room with dining table, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The entrance leads directly to the living room with a sofa bed (which can accommodate a third person) and a wooden table made from an old manger. Then there is a well-equipped kitchen with an old wood-fired oven. From the living room you get in the spacious bedroom with four-poster bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower. Guest access Guests can choose to wander the paths of the property down to the two bounding rivers or go to the beach or riding or hiking in the beautiful Uccellina Park or kayaking down to the mouth of the river Ombrone or visit Etruscan and Roman archaeological sites of great importance or ancient villages or enjoy wine tours visiting amazing wineries starting from the small one family run business up to the most renowned; However, on their return guests will find themselves in complete peace, surrounded by an amphitheater of gentle hills. You might also find (by reservation) a home-cooked meal for you with local products by a very good chef. Casale Poggetti is a place hard to forget, where beauty and comfort reign supreme. Other things to note The deposit is 1100 € and must be given in cash, when the house keys will be handed over. The cleaning and Covid cost are 400 € to be given at the check in, in cash The cost of electricity and gas is to be calculated according to consumption and is deducted from the deposit. The use of the swimming pool is exclusive to Casale guests. The pool is open from May until the end of September. We do not provide the towel s pool. The Dépendance is a separate house from the Casale and is NOT included in the price. The structure consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom, with the possibility of hosting a third guest in the sofa bed in the living room, and a private garden. The fee is to be agreed. Service staff (cleaning, cook, babysitting) available as an extra on request. Smoking is forbidden in bedrooms, bathrooms and pool area. The towels provided are for the exclusive use of the house and can not be used for the pool or the sea.
