Beech Cottage Garden Room beside the canal

No cleaning charge - you are our guests! Ground floor garden room - own entrance & off street parking. Small Bed-sitting room, 4'6" double bed (King Size quilt), TV+DVD. Separate kitchenette - fridge, kettle & microwave, plus dining/study table. Large shower room (only 6 ft headroom in shower). Shops, restaurants, & takeaways nearby. Cotswold villages, Cheltenham Festival, Gloucester Tall Ships, Severn Bore, Westonbirt Arboretum all within reach. The space The property sits alongside the Stroudwater Canal which is currently being renovated to be connected to the National Canal network. The garden room, accommodating no more than 2 people, is a small extension to the original property which we understand was originally a workshop for mixing paint colours for boatbuilders on the waterway. The kitchenette has a microwave for heating ready-meals, but does not have full cooking facilities. The shower room is spacious but has limited headroom. There is full central heating plus an extra electric heater if required. Sorry no dogs or other pets permitted. Other things to note In accordance with AirBnB Guest Standards Policy a maximum of 2 people are allowed in any booking for the property - Sorry, not suitable for children.
