Renovated water mill next to the river Tardes. The watermill is located in the middle of nature and forests of the Creuse, the green hart of France. The house consists of a kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Outside you can enjoy the salt water swimming pool, garden and riverside terras. For children the river is an ideal place to play, build dams and explore. The property is located next to a hiking trail with many things to do on and off the property. The space The house is idyllically situated and a great place to relax. For children there is the river and woods to play in, there is trampoline and a 'jeu de boules' court to do some family games. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room / kitchen. The house equipped with all facilities like wifi, dishwasher and washing machine. We can put up a childrens bed if needed. The house comes with linen and towels, please bring your own swimming towels. Smoking not allowed, pets only after consultation. Guest access You have access to the house, garden, fields and forest that make up the property. The swimming pool is shared by the guests and the owners. Other things to note The swimming pool is open from approximately beginning of June till the end of September, depending on the weather. It is possible to charge your electric car on site. This is only possible at the socket installed for this purpose, at the rate of € 0.30 per kilowatt hour. You must bring your own charging cable (granny charger) that connects the car to the socket.
