Recently tastefully renovated, on 2 levels and WITHOUT garden but outdoor space along the house (path for residents) Quiet neighborhood, close to amenities and services. Possibility of parking nearby. NB: In July - August, rentals are at least weekly (preferably from Saturday to Saturday) The space Bright and spacious townhouse on 2 levels. The ground floor has 1 large living room, (equipped kitchen and living/dining room), an equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer, freezer), 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a large hallway distributing 3 beautiful bedrooms with storage spaces (two with 140 cm bed, and one with a 160 cm bed) and a shower room/toilet. Baby crib and other childcare equipment are available. This is a townhouse without a garden or private courtyard, but I have a path along the house, only used by a few residents, where it is allowed to install a table, chairs, umbrella to have a coffee or read, hang your laundry. NB: In July - August, rentals are at least weekly (preferably from Saturday to Saturday) Other things to note Linens are not included in the price but can be made available for an extra fee (see with the host when you make contact): 25 euros per room occupied will be requested, payable upon delivery of the keys. Included, per room, for 2 people are gloves and bath towels as well as bedding (bath mats and blankets are included as standard) A deposit check will be required upon check-in and will be returned no later than 8 days after checkout, time for me to carry out the necessary checks on site.
