A well kept and clean cottage in the back of the main house, located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to all attractions and events the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. A great value for families or friends on vacation or business to take advantage of The space This unit features 2 bedrooms with a Q bed in one room and a king bed in the other. It has a kitchen dining room combined with a living room that has a pullout double couch. There are also two roll-away beds available, which makes for a tight fit. It has one full bathroom with a tiled shower. The yard is fully fenced with driveway parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and yard. The washer and dryer in the garage will be shared with the main house if needed. Other things to note We ask that you limit one night stay requests until the beginning of the month of which you are requesting. Smoking is permitted in the yard, or the driveway.
