The living room is 80m2, with stunning views of the mountains and a large fireplace. The apartment is light, sunny & beautifully decorated with off street parking. There is a large PRIVATE terrace and PRIVATE garden with outdoor dining area, BBQ & lawn. The space We are renting our house over the Christmas period. We would require a two week minimum reservation over this period. The rate for this is 6000 euros for the two weeks. Additional nights would be 300 euros per night. The apartment is also available over the Toussant holidays and we require a minimum of 7 nights Saturday to Saturday. The rate for this is 2500 euros the week. This are to be no events or parties held on the premise and renters age must be over 35 years. This is a lovely old Basque House which has been done up with all modern conveniences. The apartment is bathed in sunshine from morning till late evening. It is very quiet and secluded, no other houses look onto it. The property sleeps 10 adults and there is another mattress for a child (if need be) and a baby cot available. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels). Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have their own bathroom and toilet the two downstairs bathroom share a bathroom. The Socoa beach is a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. The lovely little town of Ciboure is a 5 minute walk and St Jean de Luz is a 20 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. There is a bbq and an outdoor dining table with seating for 14 people. There is a sunny terrace which is great for afternoon drinks. There is table tennis and a trampoline. There is plenty of off street parking and the apartment has an alarm and electric shutters. Guest access The apartment is ground level (Level 0 or RDC) so there are no stairs to enter into the apartment. The terrace is on the same level as the living room and rest of the apartment, however to access the BBQ area and garden you need to go down stairs, which are the ones in the photo of the terrace. Also to access 2 bedrooms and another living room you need to go down some interior stairs too (see photo). The garden and BBQ belongs to our apartment only, so no other residents can use it.
