Contact me for more information. Guest access Gym/Pool: Access is granted after registering with Town Square. (Condo's digital communication platform) Registering with Town Square gives you access ( key-less entry) to the gym and pool. Gaining access is a two step process. First, Irene will enter you in the Town Square portal. You will receive an email form Town Square and you will then need do the following: Register for Amenities Access 1) Sign up and log in to Town Square 2) Click on "Requests" (left side column) 3) Click "Create Request" at the top of the screen 4) Write "Amenities Access" in Title 5) Choose Category: "Activities Center General Access Agreement" 4) Fill out form and submit Second: After you have submitted a request via TownSq, you will need to download the VizPin Smart App from the app store on your phone. You will receive an email from Cheryl Copeland with a code. To enter Gym or Pool: Open app near gym door ( located at the activities center) or gate pool and enter code. Swimming pool ( Closed on Mondays) Other things to note Condo regulations: 1. Vehicles must be registered before check in. Information needed: Email address, Make, Model, Year, Color of Vehicle, Plate Number and State. Irene will contact you to register vehicle. Note: 3-05-26 CONDO CONSTRUCTION-STAIR PROJECT The condo association will be replacing the staircase leading to the second floor. Construction has started but they have not sent out notification when they will start on our building. I will give an update as soon as the association releases any information. Even though our condo is on the first floor the area will still have things associated with construction: loud noise, construction workers, smell of heavy equipment, etc. If you have questions, please send a message before booking.
