It includes a private bedroom and bathroom with exlucsive access to upstairs areas: kitchen, living room, tv room, and kitchen nook. It does not include The Secluded Quarters which is a separate Airbnb listing. The space The bedroom is appointed with items from my work in Nepal and Bangladesh. It is a small room with double bed, desk, dresser, closet and 2 windows. The upstairs kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and counter eating area. There is also an eating nook, dining room, tv room and living room. Guest access Guests have access to laundry room, patio and, in the summer, patio furniture, pool, and all of property surrounding the house. Other things to note If you are a smoker, even if you don't smoke on the premises, we regret we can't accept your booking or vaping because even your clothes will affect allergies. Check-in at 4 and check-out at 11 are requested.
