Guest access You will be provided with the code to a lockbox located at the property for self check-in. You have access to the entire property except for the garage and locked cleaners cupboard. John and I actually subsidise weekends and public holidays for our guests as the fee is greater on these days. Please remember that the entire townhouse needs to be cleaned with each booking and it is not merely an apartment or one bedroom. The charge also covers for clean linen to 4 beds and fresh towels for up to 7 people. ****GARBAGE pick up is every MONDAY: Please put the bins on the curb on SUNDAY night. Recycling and green waste are on alternative Mondays. * INSTRUCTIONS folder for all of our appliances have been compiled for your convenience. * A GUIDEBOOK folder with local attractions and EMERGENCY contact information has also been provided.
