This high quality furnished apartment is located at a very ideal location, 3 minute walk to Columbia Beach and Dasoudi beach, 1 minute walk to a Gym Club, bus stops and supermarkets, 5 minute drive to the old city of Limassol and nightlife, a hypermarket opened every day until 9pm, a 24hr Kiosk/Mini Market just outside the building plus pharmacy and dry cleaner. The space Enjoy a glass of wine, an iced tea, a freshly pressed coffee or have your lunch or dinner outside at a 35 square meter balcony. There are two big sofas where you can relax, a hammock a sun-tanning bed. The balcony faces the East so during the afternoon there is no direct sun on the balcony. If you are an early riser, you may have your breakfast outside while watching the sun rise. There is also a ceiling fan at the balcony to cool you down and curtains to partially block the morning sun and provide privacy. There is full privacy around the balcony. The apartment has two rooms with queen size beds. The bed in the one room has a Tempur Sensation mattress whereas the bed in the other room has a two section mattress with Medium/Soft and Medium/Firm sides. Both mattresses are super comfortable, periodically ecologically cleaned for dust mites and mould. Both rooms are equipped with new air-conditions with night mode so the air is not hitting your body when sleeping and the one room has also a ceiling fan. The sitting room has a comfortable couch where you can relax. The Internet speed is 1 Gbs (1000 mgbs) and it is fiber optic for better quality. It is equipped with an LG55G1 TV and an android box. The kitchen is equipped with everything including a Blendtec blender, a slow masticating juicer and an espresso machine with grinder. Pots and pans are ceramic and stainless steel which do not harm your health. There is an electric oven with timer and an induction stove. Shower gel, shampoo, bath and face towels are also provided.
