Hello and welcome! Our furnished studio is perfect for traveling nurses, doctors & mobile professionals. Quiet, clean, and close to major medical centers, it’s a restful retreat after long shifts. We provide thoughtful amenities and bi-weekly cleaning, bedsheets & towels, to support your time here. Feel free to reach out with any questions! Be Well :) The space The studio offers: High ceilings and large windows provide lots of light. Stainless steel-topped kitchenette with sink, dual electric burners, and a small fridge; Electric teakettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryer; Single-cup Kuerig coffee machine ; Plates, cups, glasses, pans, and utensils for light cooking; Newly installed tile bathroom with glassed-in shower and double shower heads; Wall-mounted, 32" RoKuTV; Charging station for mobile devices; new queen size bed; Two private decks; one with cafe-style table & chairs; Bay and two-bridge views through the trees; Close to hiking trails with stunning water vistas. Guest access The studio has a separate entrance, two small decks (one at the entrance of the unit and a sunny deck with views at the back) and a parking space conveniently located right next to the unit's stairs. Instructions for self-check-in will be provided before arrival. Other things to note We're animal lovers who own a very friendly Bernese Mountain dog (Liesl). We keep honeybees on the property as well at a safe distance from the studio. We maintain a septic system, as well as a greywater system that distributes sink and shower water to irrigate the surrounding fruit trees. Please be extra careful and only flush toilet paper down the toilet. To comply with local ordinance you understand to be renting a minimum of 31 days.
