Our home has the magical historical feeling of living in the good old days, but with all the upgraded comforts of today! Our home is close to Fish Lake, Pando, Manti Temple, Richfield's Sevier Valley Events Center, Blackhawk arena, and the "Mighty 5 National Parks". These National Parks include Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Zions, Arches and Capitol Reef. We are known for our amazing ATV trails (Piute Trail) as well as hunting and fishing. Salina is a hub connecting 1-70, 89, and 50 from I-15! The space Enjoy our newly remodeled home! The master bedroom offers a comfy Queen bed with all new finishings! The fashionable second bedroom offers a queen bed with beautiful tree foliage out your bedroom windows. The newly remodeled third bedroom offer a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. Enjoy our comfy furniture and trendy decor while staying in our fun little town. We are in an area that is the cross roads to just about everything! Our home offers card games, board games, wifi, YouTube tv, and is just a few houses away from the elementary school playground, as well as our recreation center. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans and utensils you will need, as well as coffee. There is also a BBQ grill on the side porch for your use. Enjoy sitting outback in your own private area with a gas fire pit and plenty of chairs. A remote will allow you to control the LED string lights. Leave them on for that cottage Pinterest feel, or turn them off to see the stars. Either way, it’s a win win:) We are located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood, not in a commercial or industrial area. We have additional blow up mattresses available if needed. *Please make sure you enter the correct amount of guests when booking as that is the number of guests our cleaning ladies will preparing the home for. This home is in a great central location!! We are located in a family friendly neighborhood, not an industrial or busy Main Street area. We are just a few minutes off I-70, one block from North Sevier High School, 2 minutes from the Blackhawk area, 18 minutes from Richfield, 18 minutes to the Sevier Valley Center, 50 minutes to Fish Lake, 35 minutes to Fremont Indian State Park, 1.5 hours to beautiful Capitol Reef, 2.5 hours to Canyon Lands National Park, 2.5 hours to Zions National Park, 35 minutes to Big Rock Candy Mountain, 2 hours to Bryce Canyon and 45 minutes to Yuba State Park. We are 20 minutes from I-15. Guest access You will have access to the full 1200 square foot, three bedroom house! This includes the peaceful Master, all new kitchen, beautiful bathroom, washer/dryer, three bedrooms, and the trendy living. You will have ample parking for moving trucks or ATV trailers either in front of the home or right beside the home in the large gravel driveway. We do have a security cameras on the exterior of the home at the entrances for safety. *A Early check in of 3:00pm is $30 when possible. Please reach out for details if an early check in is needed.
