The South Barn is a converted barn, well equipped for a couple. There is a comfortable bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a modern bathroom. The space Tea and coffee and some cooking basics will be provided. The kitchen area has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, small freezer and dishwasher giving you the option to cook or investigate local pubs or restaurants. As we are next to a working farm we are not set up for children. For the same reason we cannot allow dogs. Guest access There are lovely local walks and cycle routes. Further afield you could explore Rugby, Coventry, Warwick or Leamington Spa. King’s Newnham is a small hamlet but is surprisingly convenient for transport links, M1, M6 (A14) and M45. We can pick up from Rugby station by arrangement.
